Itsu appoints Neil Miller as new chief customer officer
The newly created role sees Miller lead the development and strategy of the brand’s customer proposition, marketing, digital transformation and management.
Itsu announced the appointment of Neil Miller as the brand’s new chief customer officer (CCO).
The newly created role sees Miller lead the development and strategy of the brand’s customer proposition, marketing, digital transformation and management.
Prior to joining the company, he spent 25 years as a digital entrepreneur, bringing with him an “extensive” professional portfolio, having worked on digital transformation projects for global brands including McDonalds, Samsung and Adidas.
Miller will also take charge of a cross-functional team across Itsu’s retail business to “deliver even stronger revenue and profitability for the company.”
The introduction of the CCO role comes amidst Itsu’s expansion beyond the M25, following a recent collaboration with global private equity group Bridgepoint.
“I’m thrilled to begin my new journey with itsu. The brand is a staple on the UK high street and I am delighted to join the team. This is a hugely exciting opportunity to lead the customer proposition of one of the UK’s most popular brands, bringing together marketing, digital transformation and brand management,” Miller said.
Itsu’s UK CEO, Ganan Kanagathurai, added: “Neil brings a wealth of experience to this new role; his track record of digital execution and customer-centricity will be a valuable addition to our senior team, as we navigate itsu into the digital age.”
