Scovell previously worked at LEON from 2016 to 2021, leading the UK and international franchise operations and helping the brand enter five new markets.
He was responsible for developing the franchise model whilst maintaining operational standards.
Since leaving LEON, Scovell has worked in well-being as a yoga instructor and nutrition coach, a background that aligns with the company’s emphasis on healthy food.
