Pizza Hut UK franchisee taps Gino Casciani as new CEO for Europe

He will oversee operations and expansion across the UK and Europe.

Directional Pizza, one of the biggest franchisees of Pizza Hut in the UK and Europe, has appointed Gino Casciani as its new CEO for Europe, effective 9 September 2025.

He will be overseeing the company’s operations and expansion efforts across the UK and European markets.

Casciani has held senior roles at companies including Pret a Manger, KFC, Taco Bell, Odeon Cinemas Group, and most recently served as Global COO at Sushi Daily, part of KellyDeli Group.

He also has experience with Yum! Brands, having served as VP of International Operations and Managing Director for Taco Bell and KFC businesses across the UK and Europe.
