Ross Warnes to head Pret A Manger UK, Ireland

Pret strengthens UK, Ireland leadership with Ross Warnes.

Pret A Manger appoints Ross Warnes as the UK and Ireland President, where he will lead the company’s market through its next phase of growth, starting January 2026.

Through his extensive global leadership and sales experience, his expertise will drive growth at Pret as he has held several senior positions, such as Area Vice President at Kraft Heinz in the United States and Vice President of Sales for Northern Europe and Sales Director for the UK and Ireland.

He also had experiences under Unilever and Nestle’s UK businesses.

Ross will manage over 500 Pret’s shops in the UK and Ireland, which will kickstart efforts to grow market share, increase transactions, and deliver even greater value to customers.

His integration comes as Pret’s continued effort to innovate food and coffee, following the launch of Super Plates.

Pano Christou, CEO of Pret A Manger, expressed his excitement towards Ross’ new position in the company, noting his experience and leadership will value the growth of Pret.

Ross also commented, saying he is looking forward to joining the team and spreading the brand’s name to other places.

“I grew up with Pret and have always cherished its freshly made food, organic coffee and friendly service. It’s been amazing to see it evolve over the years and I’m thrilled to have the opportunity to be part of its exciting future,” he stated.
