Carluccio's appoints new IT director and operations manager
The new recruits were from The Restaurant Group and Fulham Shore respectively.
Carluccio’s has announced that they have appointed Bruce Craig as their new IT director as well as Marco Barletta as the operations manager.
Craig is now responsible for leveraging technology to enhance the dining chain’s customer experience and improve processes whilst Barletta will lead the delivery of the operational elements of the Fresca restaurant investment programme.
“2019 is set to be a transformational year for Carluccio’s as we redevelop the business and enhance the offering through our £10m Fresca rollout. Our senior team is integral to its success and I am incredibly excited to be working with some real talent to drive the brand forward,” Mark Jones, CEO of Carluccio’s, said.
Barletta was formerly the operations manager of Fulham Shore’s Franco Manco and Craig was the head of IT operations in the Restaurant Group.
