Domino's Pizza Group appoints Usman Nabi as non-executive director
He is also a shareholder of the pizza franchise.
Domino’s Pizza Group announced the Usman Nabi to the board as non-executive director and a member of the nomination committee, with effect from 11 November.
Usman is expected to work with Ian Bull, the company's senior independent director, in finding a new chairman, which will be overseen by the nomination committee.
Nabi is the founder, managing partner and chief investment officer of Los Angeles-based investment partnership Browning West LP and a 6.5% shareholder of the pizza franchise.
Prior to founding Browning West, he held various roles at H Partners Management, Perry Capital, The Carlyle Group, and Lazard Freres. He is also currently a director on the board of Six Flags Entertainment Corp., a position he has held since May 2010.
As previously announced, the board said it is focused on recruiting a new chairman and a new CEO.
