Hotcha's Newest Appointment
Clive Mellor appointed as Operations Director.
Hotcha, the Chinese QSR with nine stores across the south-west of England, has announced that it has hired Clive Mellor to its management board as its Operations Director.
Previously a senior executive at Domino's Pizza, Mellor will be responsible for helping to drive the chain's plan to open 100 franchised stores throughout the UK in the next five years.
Speaking of the announcement, James Liang, Founder of Hotcha said "This high level appointment signals our intentions to make Hotcha a leading national takeaway and restaurant brand in the next few years".
