Mod Pizza appoints first chief marketing officer, names new director to board
Tracy Cioffi and Kate Jaspon will join the company’s leadership team.
Cioffi, who developed and managed the integrated marketing strategy for 130-plus stores and 75 culinary locations as senior vice president for Sur La Table, will lead the Mod's global marketing strategy. She will oversee brand marketing, design, customer insights, local store marketing, digital marketing and communications.
Cioffi was also vice president and head of marketing for See's Candies Inc., directing marketing and sales for more than 250 stores and leading e-commerce operations.
Jaspon, an 11-year chief financial officer of Dunkin' Brands led several key initiatives including the company's IPO and follow-on offerings. She has steered a cross-functional team responsible for financial and SEC reporting, debt management, cash management, insurance, enterprise risk management, contract administration and records management.
Jaspon was a senior manager with KPMG, where she served as an audit manager for publicly-traded and privately-held clients in several industries including software, biotech, high-tech and manufacturing.
