Simon Cope steps down as CEO of Byron

The news comes after a series of departures in the past twelve months.

The CEO of burger chain Byron has stepped down last November 30, whereas the company’s chair, Mauro Moretti will take on the responsibilities he left behind.

“Simon Cope has announced he is standing down as Byron’s chief executive as the company enters a new chapter of its development,” a Byron spokesperson said.

The news follows after the chain saw a string of resignations in the past year. Those who have left are their former marketing director April Paul Coppin and former COO Nick Young.
