Apostrophe Announces New Chief as Founder Exits

Richard Franks to take the helm.

CH&Co, the corporate and commerical caterer, has announced that Richard Franks will be the new Managing Director of Apostrophe, its high street cafe chain.

Franks, who has previously had stints at EAT and most recently Harris & Hoole, was chosen for his skills in the sector, as CH&Co plan to capitalise on the opportunities they see in the premium specialty space.

Speaking of the appointment, Group CEO of CH&CO, Stuart Lawson said "Now is a great time for Apostrophe to make its next leap forward and we are delighted to have attracted someone of Richard's talent... We also thank Amir, who committed to stay with Apostrophe to ensure a smooth transition of ownership".
