Restaurant Brands International posts $315m net income in Q3

Revenue for the quarter rose by 6.9% to $2.45b.

Restaurant Brands International (RBI) posted a net income of $315m for the third quarter of 2025 (Q3 2025), or $0.96 per share.

Adjusted net income came in at $471m, equal to $1.03 per share.

Revenue for the quarter rose 6.9% to $2.45b, up from $2.29b in the same period last year.

RBI reports results under six operating and reportable segments consisting of four franchisor segments for the Tim Hortons, Burger King, Popeyes, and Firehouse Subs brands in the US and Canada, and a fifth franchisor segment for all of our brands in the rest of the world.

Additionally, the company completed the acquisitions of Carrols Restaurant Group Inc. and Popeyes China in 2024.

Following these acquisitions, the company has established a new operating and reportable segment, Restaurant Holdings, which includes results from the Carrols Burger King restaurants and the PLK China restaurants from their acquisition dates and includes results from Firehouse Subs Brazil beginning in 2025.
