Abokado outlets receive 5-star ratings from FSA

The said ratings have been awarded to all of their 23 outlets across London.

Abokado has announced that their stores have been given 5-star ratings by the Food Standards Agency (FSA).

The ratings, determined by local authority food safety officers, reflects that the business has the highest possible food hygiene standards.

“We could not be prouder of this achievement. Food hygiene is of the utmost importance to Abokado and of course to our customers. To have a full house of 5 stars is a great accolade, in what is a technical business with a complex HACCP [hazard analysis and critical control points] system,” Kara Alderin, operations director at Abokado, said.
