
EAT. owners hire bankers to explore sale: report
The move comes amidst competition from the high street and online delivery rivals.
The owners of EAT., led by private equity firm Horizon Capital, have Spayne Lindsay to explore an auction of the business, Sky News has reported.
A spokesperson told QSR Media that "a sale is not expected soon."
EAT. averted a potential CVA (company voluntary arrangement) and instead approached landlords for individual negotiations. It previously closed a handful of sites to avoid restructuring.
