GBK, Azzurri appoint advisers amidst lockdown
Restaurant sales have been gravely affected since being told to close its doors.
Gourmet Burger Kitchen (GBK) and Azzurri, the owner of the Ask Italian and Zizzi brands, have both appointed advisers amidst the coronavirus pandemic.
GBK has appointed Deloitte to advise on future options for the business, ITV News has reported.
FTI Consulting, meanwhile, was tapped by Azzurri’s lenders as the company explored the possibility of raising additional capital.
