
Harry Ramsden's posts £3.9m loss
Turnover also slipped to £12m.
Harry Ramsden’s has posted a £3.9m loss after shutting more outlets that were “not viable in the longer term”, an improvement compared to 2017’s £4.9m.
Underlying EBITDA loss for the period ended 30 December 2018 improved to a loss of £57,249 compared to 2017's £293,633.
Turnover also slipped £12m over the period compared to £14.8m in 2017.
Despite closing stores, the company said it continues its “positive franchise relationship” with Welcome Break Limited where they operate 19 outlets across their network.
