
Itsu mulling restructuring options

Itsu is now part of a growing list of restaurant chains to explore restructuring options.
Propel and The Times first reported that the sushi and healthy Asian food chain is working with advisory firm Alix Partners on its options, which could include a company voluntary arrangement (CVA).
The chain’s founder, Julian Metcalfe, floated the idea of an IPO as an option for the brand last January - months before lockdowns were implemented across the globe.
