The security measure was done following an incident involving an employee.
A KFC store in West Midland installed a security wiring at its counter to protect staff from any potential threat, Birmingham Live has reported.
The security measure was done following an incident involving an employee.
The store manager said a customer from a few months ago had jumped over the counter and struck a staff member in the kitchen.
The rows of metal have gaps huge enough to dispense customers’ orders by the counter.
