
Le Pain Quotidien facing collapse: report
500 jobs are at risk.
Le Pain Quotodien had until 22 April for an “emergency sale” of its UK operations, with the chain facing administration if a buyer cannot be found.
Restructuring experts Alvarez & Marsal are said to be looking for bids for the 26-strong bakery chain, which employs 500 staff.
According to the Financial Times, the company is set to appoint administrators unless they receive offers for the business within the said time frame.
