McDonald’s Restaurants Limited has recorded a net profit of £35m for the year ended 31 December 2023, down from £129m in 2022.
The company’s turnover sales increased by 14.9% to £1.8b in 2023 from £1.6b in the preceding year.
However, their gross profit decreased by 4.1% to £826m in 2023 from £861m in 2022, whilst their operating profit was at £11m from £165m due to investment and intangibles impairment of £48m.
