The company aims to increase the performance of their existing outlets as well as opening five to eight new ones each year.
The parent company of Rosa’s Thai Cafe and Saiphin’s Thai Kitchen has announced their financial results for the year ending March 2018 with turnover sales increasing to £11.75 million from £8.20 million last FY17.
Gross profit also went up from £3.82 million to £4.84 million. EBITDA grew to £1.65 million from £1.38 million and ended the period opening 3 new sites.
“The Company’s strategy is to continue to invest in earnings enhancing sites in London and across UK, whilst investing in the teams and processes needed to support that growth,” the company said in its filing at Companies House. “At the same time the business is focused on driving ‘Like for Like’ performance in existing restaurants by maintaining and leveraging the quality of its offerings.”
The company now plans to continue their expansion plan of opening five to eight new stores each year. Many of which are said to be outside London.
