PizzaExpress names new COO
The new COO will be responsible for the operations of 350 restaurants in the UK and Ireland.
PizzaExpress has named Lawrence Harvey as its new chief operating officer.
Harvey joins from being the operations director at Dobbie’s Garden Centres. He also previously worked for Tesco, Barclays, and Aldi.
Harvey will be responsible for leading PizzaExpress 350 restaurants in the UK and Ireland.
“I am absolutely delighted to be joining PizzaExpress – it’s an amazing brand with fantastic colleagues. I’m very much looking forward to working with all the teams across the UK and Ireland to offer our customers the very best dining experience,” Harvey said.
Harvey will be reporting directly to PizzaExpress CEO Paula MacKenzie.
