Prezzo hires advisers, weighs post-virus options
The move comes less than two years after the chain closed dozens of outlets.
Italian restaurant chain Prezzo has appointed consultants to consider its post-coronavirus funding options.
Sky News reports that the chain appointed FRP Advisory, which is currently acting as administrator to Carluccio's, to explore the implications of the pandemic for its balance sheet.
Prezzo now trades from 180 restaurants, all of which the company says were profitable before the outbreak.
The move also comes less than two years after the chain closed dozens of outlets through a financial restructuring, which included a debt-for-equity swap.
