Private equity owners of Joe & the Juice considering 2019 IPO
The brand is reportedly weighing a US listing as it focuses on expanding in that market.
Bloomberg has reported that the private equity owners of Joe & the Juice are considering an initial public offering toward the end of 2019, aiming to target "young professionals and hipsters."
Stockholm-based Valedo Partners and U.S. buyout firm General Atlantic are said to have begun internal preparations and could appoint banks in the first half of 2019.
Joe & the Juice is also weighing a U.S. listing as it focuses on expanding in that market, where it now has outlets from New York to San Francisco.
