WSH acquires hospitality operator Meyers

The Danish operator owns several restaurants and bakeries.

Westbury Street Holdings (WSH) has entered into an agreement to acquire all the shares in Meyers A/S (Meyers) for an undisclosed amount.

The acquisition will allow WSH to expand their presence in Europe and strengthen its international platform for the hospitality business by entering the Scandinavian market.

Meyers will continue to be an independent company and will leverage WSH’s connection to provide high-quality hospitality services for the benefit of its customers.

WSH is a UK-based independent hospitality provider with operations across the UK, Ireland, France, Belgium, and the Netherlands through innovative subsidiaries and premium brands, offering hospitality solutions for customers such as the Louvre Museum and the British Museum. WSH, which employs over 20,000 employees, is partly founder-owned and has been partly owned by Clayton, Dubilier & Rice since 2019.
