Benugo teams up with Victorian and Albert Museum to launch exclusive afternoon tea
The partnership created the exclusive Victorian Afternoon Tea.
The menu, developed with the help of Food Historian, Tasha Marks, will give guests a taste of the early 19th century, including Mrs Beeton’s cucumber sandwich (1859), lemon and caraway poppy cake (circa. 1895), and the traditional Victoria sponge.
Launching on Sunday 13th November, the traditional Afternoon Tea will be served every Sunday in the V&A’s Morris room between 15.00 – 17.15. Priced at £30 per person with a selection of organic loose leaf teas, or £35 per person for those wishing to enjoy a glass of Prosecco.
