Esquires Coffee to host fundraisers for UK Coffee Week
The coffee chain brand announced that it will be supporting UK Coffee Week this year by hosting fundraisers in each of its 25 stores.
Esquires will be inviting their customers to 'guess the amount of organic, Fairtrade coffee beans in the jar' for the chance to win a month’s free coffee.Entrants will be charged 50p per guess, with all proceeds going to Project Waterfall.
Project Waterfall works to bring clean safe water and sanitation to coffee growing communities in third world countries. Esquires donates 10p from every sale of their bottled mineral water to the charity. In 2015 the brand managed to raise £4305.60 and hope to raise even more during UK Coffee week.
Marketing Manager Kerry Noble said, 'The Esquires tagline is 'great coffee helps' we therefore like to give back as much as we can to the coffee communities who help produce our fantastic coffee. Being part of UK Coffee Week is a great way for Esquires to raise money for Project Waterfall, a charity which is close to our heart.’
