PizzaExpress opens record store in Birmingham

It will be the first one the brand opened outside of London.

PizzaExpress opened a new restaurant in The ICC, Birmingham which will include a record store, the first one opened outside of London.

The news follows the opening of three stores in London earlier this year. The record store will feature vinyl and CDs from the brand’s PX Records artists, customers will be able to purchase records from UK soul outfit Mamas Gun, keyboardist Matt Johnson (Jamiroquai) and renowned British singer-songwriter, Jack Garratt – all of which were recorded at PizzaExpress Live iconic venues.

Meanwhile, the brand also announced PizzaExpress Birmingham ICC’s Live Sessions, which will be held on Thursday evenings from 6 PM, showcasing upcoming Birmingham talent.
