Shake Shack holds Great British Shake Sale, unveils The Yard Burger
The 2nd Annual Great British Shake Sale aims to raise awareness for the Action Against Hunger.
“Throughout the month of May, guests who donate £2 or more to Action Against Hunger will receive a voucher for a complimentary hand-spun shake – valued at £5.00 and redeemable on their next visit. Shake Shack is aiming to raise over £5,000 by 31st May,” the fast casual chain said in a statement.
Action Against Hunger is an international organization fighting to end child hunger globally.
Shake Shack Covent Garden also revealed its latest menu innovation, the Yard burger, only available for a limited time.
“The burger features a custom-blend 100% Aberdeen Angus beef patty, topped with Montgomery’s Cheddar from Neal’s Yard Dairy, house-made pickled red onion and ShackSauce,” the chain said.
