Why Burger King is Giving Its Customers the Bird

Angry Bird promotion to run in selected stores for six weeks from January 19.


Burger King has announced a new global tie up with Angry Birds™. The promotion will see guests who visit participating outlets in the UK and Ireland welcomed by characters from Angry Birds™ Go! and Angry Birds™ Stella games.


The campaign includes specially designed kids bags, different Angry Birds™ themed toys, puzzle and stencil kits, digital activations, in addition to other in-store promotions.


Speaking of the announcement, Matthew Bresnahan, Marketing Director, Northern Europe, Russia & Africa says "We are always looking for ways to innovate the guest experience. The Angry Birds franchise... offers the perfect opportunity for us to connect with all members of the family".
