The Distillery introduces The Ultimate Christmas Sandwich

Chef Paul Bates created The Ultimate Christmas Sandwich, available now.

The dish is set to showcase only the best ingredients of Christmas dinner with charcoal roasted turkey, honeyed red cabbage, cranberry pickle with sage and chestnut stuffing and topped with creamy Tintern cheese. Priced at £7.50 and available on the daily lunch menu from 12-2pm, the sandwich will accompany The Distillery’s bespoke craft beers and the bar’s very own Winter Spritz cocktail, made with homemade mulled wine on ice and topped with Prosecco.

Built on the site of a renowned essence factory in 1800s, The Distillery is located in Bankside, serving a range of sharing platters and bar snacks alongside a bespoke vintage gin menu, craft beers and seasonal cocktails, that pay homage to the bar’s heritage incorporating homemade aromatics, infusions and bitters.
