Abokado shakes up menu with new sushi offerings

It has launched a new sushi range as part of its spring menu unveiling on April 23rd.

The new menu includes 17 new or re-invigorated dishes. The spring menu has been curated to offer Londoners a range of choice with sashimi, nigiri and dragon rolls, as well as a range of vegetarian and vegan options. It is the biggest change to Abokado’s sushi menu since the company’s inception in 2004.

According to their release, all sushi is hand rolled freshly on site in the company’s 24 stores across London.

Abokado’s founder & CEO Mark Lilley said, “I believe we’re launching some of the best sushi in London. Our dishes can’t be beaten on taste, quality, range & value. I’m enormously proud of what we have to offer Londoners.”

The new Spring menu also includes a 99% fat free Froyo, Vita Coco coconut water, and avocado and cream cheese bagels.
