Bella Italia launches new range of vegan items
Customers will have 20 options to choose from.
Bella Italia, an Italian-style family restaurant, launched its latest vegan menu.
Developed by Bella Italia’s executive chef Vittorio Lettieri, the new dishes will build on the restaurant’s existing lower calorie range which includes Gamberoni Spirali, a dish under 300 calories and three new salads, like the Giardiniera, di Verona and Parma Bufala all under 600 calories.
The company has also launched a series of traditional main dishes, such as Cacio E Pepe featuring Gramigna pasta with chicken and pancetta in a pecorino cheese and Tagliatelle Capra with pomodoro and peperonata sauce.
“Ethical and healthy dishes are becoming increasingly important factors in where consumers decide to eat, which has been an important influence in our latest menu innovation. In a highly competitive market, you have to continually move forward and evolve as a brand in order to stand out on the high street.Crucially, we’ll always do this whilst staying true to our identity and brand DNA, which for us is creating genuine Italian dining experiences to enjoy with friends and family,” Bella Italia’s head of brand Marc Saunders said.
