Big Fernand introduces Maroilles cheese to its burgers
For a limited time, French Maroilles cheese will be available for Big Fernand burgers.
On 16th of November, the brand launched a new special burger from the North of France to be added to its menu until the end of December.
Called LeBarnabé, it will come with Maroilles cheese (a strong soft cheese with a washed, orange rind) from the North of France,and braised chicory (from the North of France).
