Byron unveils Christmas menu

The burger chain launched its Christmas menu, featuring the Father Cheesemas, two hamburgers come topped with crispy pancetta, chipotle ketchup, honey-mustard sauce and bacon Freddar.

Created by Bryon head chef Fred Smith, bacon Freddar is a mix of mature Cheddar, Monterey Jack cheese, Grana Padano (similar to parmesan) and bacon.

A side of Holy Macaroni is also available– mac ‘n’ cheese made with Cheddar and Gran Moravia cheese, laced with green chillis and roasted green pepper and topped with a slice of jalapeno.

The festive menu is available from now until January 4. For every Father Cheesemas sold, Byron will give 25p to One Feeds Two, to buy a school meal for a child living in poverty.
