Crussh's autumn menu features vegan-friendly and gluten-free meals

Grain salads, protein overnight oats and chicken tikka curry make up some of the new additions.

Crussh Fit Food & Juice Bars has announced that they added five new offerings for their autumn menu this year that includes three hot super grain salads, protein overnight oats and chicken tikka curry.

The vegan-friendly beetroot falafel hot super grain salad has quinoa, red rice, chickpeas, lentils and sweet potato topped with a tahini dressing & zhoug. The chicken shawarma hot super grain salad is made up of chicken shawarma thigh with white & red quinoa, buckwheat, rice, butter beans, kale and also has tahini dressing and zhoug, while their Super Nutty teriyaki grain salad consists of black rice, quinoa with pickled carrots, green beans, peas, sesame roasted cashews & seeds, almonds, spinach and a ginger teriyaki dressing.

The chain also introduced their gluten-free protein overnight oats that has Greek-style yogurt, banana, dates, cacao, flax seeds, whey protein with goji berries and almonds as toppings. They also added the chicken tikka curry hot pot that has chicken thigh, sweet potato, red pepper with brown and red rice topped with spinach, yoghurt and herbs.
