Ed's Easy Diner adds vegan and gluten-free options to revamped Americana menu

It is now offering its first vegan burger.

Ed’s Easy Diner now has a new Americana menu rolling out across the country, featuring a range of vegan dishes and drinks and a refreshed gluten free menu.

Seeing success during its vegan activity January through March, Ed’s will offer its first permanent Vegan Burger – the Beet-Root 66. Two vegan dessert options (Peanut Butter & Banana Sundae and The Big Apple) are new to the menu, with Ed’s now also offering their legendary shakes as vegan options.

Gluten-free dishes will be a mainstay on Ed’s menu, with the range further enhanced through the addition of new burgers and breakfast options.

Other new menu items include the Nashville Burger, a fried chicken burger tossed in Frank’s Hot Sauce, with American cheese, cheese sauce and an onion ring. Ed’s hot dogs have been upgraded to a new range of Foot Long Hot Dogs. Also new to the menu is the Southern Salad, a mix salad served on a taco base with a choice of chicken and halloumi topping, plus two new Freakshakes called the Mud Pie and Go Bananas.

Ed’s also confirmed that its breakfast offers can now be enjoyed all day, with the brand extending the selection of dishes on its main menu. Kids’ main menus have been extended with an increased range of dishes.

“Our new menu...reflects both customer feedback and our own insight into on-trend dishes. Whilst we’ve kept many of Ed’s original Classics, we’re now delighted to offer new switched up diner options,” Ed’s Easy Diner operations head Martyn Davies said.
