Frankie & Benny’s announces new menu and look
The refreshed menu has gone back to its New York-Italian inspiration.
Frankie & Benny’s has announced its new menu and new look, going back to its New York-Italian inspiration with a 21st century twist.
The refresh takes the restaurant back to its original concept roots when it first launched in 1995, with the new menu combining Italian tastes with New York City vibes.
Offered on the menu are bagels, buttermilk pancakes with toppings, chicken parm triple stack, and mozzarella sticks.
There are also baked pretzels, served with a side of cheese fondue, honey mustard, and gherkin dip.
Additionally, there is also hot cookie dough with melting vanilla ice cream.
Frankie & Benny’s announcement follows from their research, revealing that customers believe that the restaurant does a lot right but needed to return to its roots of being firmly inspired by New York Italian dishes and bold flavours.
“Over the last year we have stabilised the business and got the engine ticking well, now it is about driving awareness and connecting with customers so we can drive growth and move forward,” said Debbie Husband, managing director of Frankie & Benny’s.
Alongside the food, Frankie & Benny’s also aims to continue creating a dining experience that reflects the energy of New York’s dining with the heart and warmth of Italian family spirit.
