Frankie & Benny’s takes a stab at creating the best burger ever
The new burger took six months to develop.
Frankie & Benny’s has announced the release of its ‘best burger ever’, created by executive head chef Ben Keegans.
After six months of planning, development, testing, and improving, the new burger will be the star of Frankie & Benny’s Autumn menu.
The new burger will have a new soft fluffy bun, created based on a Japanese bread recipe that uses free-range eggs with a dark glazed top, sprinkled with crunchy linseeds. The beef burger is made from 100% Red Tractor-certified British beef, which means animal welfare is a priority. The burger is finished with a simple iceberg lettuce and mayonnaise, to enunciate the taste of the burger itself.

The burger is available as a Double Bacon Cheeseburger (two juicy beef burgers, delicious Monterey Jack cheese, mayo and lettuce) or the Classic Cheese (beef burger, Monterey Jack cheese, mayo and lettuce) both served with skin-on fries.
"My team and I have worked for months perfecting our burger and we believe we have created the best burger ever! We’ve always been proud of this dish but this one has the best British beef, the best bun and the best relish ever. It’s all about the burger and we think we’ve cracked it. Hope you like it as much as we do!” Keegan said.
