GBK Unveil New Summer Menu
Menu features a new range of burgers, sides and fries.
GBK have launched their new summer menu. The first of the changes is a new Lamb Ma Goa burger, which comes with lamb, aubergine pickle, feta and rosemary aioli.
New sides added to the menu include chilli fried chicken bites and truffle cheese fries, all of which can be accompanied by a new range of condiments including rosemary aioli, green godess sauce and sriacha mayo.
Not stopping there, a new range of Slipsmith spirits and premium Fevertree mixes will also be available, together with a Tunnock's Caramel Wafer Milkshake for their Edinburgh and Glasgow outlets.
Speaking of the new menu Tim Molema, Head of Food at GBK said "We're really excited for people to try out our new summer menu; our long-standing favourites have some strong competition with the likes of Truffle Cheese Fries and the Tunnock's Caramel Wafer Milkshake".
