Harry Ramsden's introduces summer menu
Fish claims centre stage at Harry’s new menu.
With the launch of its new Summer Menu on Thursday 30 March, Harry Ramsden’s is focussing on fish dishes within coastal outlets.
Customers will have the chance to enjoy one of the widest selection of fish dishes from Harry’s to date. This includes starter items featuring mussels, calamari and prawns and main course dishes including seabass, plaice and wholetail scampi as well as the more traditional choices of haddock and prime cod.
Frank Romano, Brand Director of Harry Ramsden’s said, “Our new menu continues to feature a wide variety of dishes to suit all tastes however, as the brand most closely associated with fish and chips globally, it makes sense for us to build upon our esteemed heritage. One of the ways we are doing this is by offering an array of fish dishes to complement the hand cut fish cooked in Harry’s own secret recipe batter, and freshly cut, double cooked chips, which have made our brand world famous. We are confident that our traditional customer base, as well as our growing number of new fans, will be spoiled for choice in the selection and range of dishes to be found on our new menu.”
In a recent assessment carried out by Fish2fork and MCS, which rated the sustainability of seafood served in high street pubs and restaurants, Harry Ramsden’s claimed a Top 3 spot as a “highly sustainable” brand.
