PAUL Bakery is marking Mother’s Day on 15 March with the launch of its Macaron Fraisier Cake.

The cake is made with layers of Genoese sponge, mousseline cream, a thin sheet of almond marzipan, and fresh strawberries.

It is designed to serve six to eight people.

Priced at £56, the Macaron Fraisier Cake is available for delivery to selected London postcodes, as well as Click and Collect from PAUL locations in London, Reading, and Oxford.
