PAUL’s Galette des Rois arrives this Holiday season

The Galette des Rois is priced at £21.95 and goes on sale from 26 December.

PAUL is marking Epiphany on 6 January with its take on the Galette des Rois, the traditional French “Three Kings” cake known for its flaky pastry and hidden fève—a small trinket that designates whoever finds it as the day’s “king” or “queen.”

The bakery’s version uses all-butter puff pastry and an almond frangipane flavoured with rum, echoing a tradition that dates back to the 14th century. Each cake contains a fève.

The Galette des Rois costs £21.95 and will be sold from 26 December in PAUL shops in London, Reading, and Oxford.

Customers who pre-order online can get £3 off, bringing the price to £18.95, for in-store collection or delivery to selected London postcodes from the same date.
