Hello Burger goes all American with July 4th Menu for one week
The Sidcup-based restaurant will celebrate July 4th with an American inspired menu of burgers, cocktails and desserts.
The July 4th Menu features classics such as marinated Buffalo wings, served with homemade blue cheese dressing, The All American Burger and a Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich. Cocktails include the ultimate American retro classic, the Long Island Iced Tea alongside some twisted takes on originals such as the Orange County Cosmo. Homemade Oreo smash brownies complete the lineup of American classics with their own modern "Hello Burger" twist.
Creator and owner of the award winning restaurant Tony Adams said, "This is something a little different to what we usually do here at Hello Burger, but we wanted to celebrate an all American day like July 4th with a unique twist of our own. We're certainly not an American themed burger joint but just for a few days we're excited to do something special and celebrate with a Stateside inspired menu."
“After years of working late nights in bars and ending up on ‘the wrong side of 30,’ it all started to catch up with me. Yet the prospect of owning my own burger joint, serving world-class burgers and cocktails, was a dream I simply couldn’t abandon; though I’m a bit of a perfectionist and love nothing more than ‘getting my geek on’ when it comes to burgers – tweaking, altering and adjusting a menu until it’s just right while perfecting the cut, grind and recipe – it really is all part of the process."
The all American menu starts Saturday 2nd July and runs for one week. Hello Burger is located at 94 Station Road in Sidcup
