LEON expands plant-based spring menu

The new items cover all three traditional dayparts.

LEON announced it added vegan dishes to its spring menu, available in-store for takeaway, click & collect and delivery.

The new additions include the Sweet Potato, Coconut & Pineapple Curry, Peach & Raspberry Seasonal Porridge and Grilled Aubergine Roasted Veg Box.

“Where possible, we want vegetables to take the lead role in our dishes, making meat the supporting star, encouraging people to eat more plants,” LEON food head Erica Molyneaux said.
