LEON kick starts the year with a winter menu

It launched three new vegan options on the menu, including two new salads.

The new additions include Rainbow Mezze Salad (£4.95) and a Squash, Sage and Kale Salad (£4.95). The Sweet Potato Falafel Hot Box (£6.45) has also returned in time for the New Year.

For breakfast, the brand introduced another version of LEON’s Ruby Red Porridge. Working with their resident gut health guru, Megan Rossi, LEON have added a naturally sweet prebiotic fibre made from chicory root, inulin, to the compote. This has halved the added sugar in the compote and created a higher fibre breakfast.

The other offerings that have made the list are: Lemon, Courgette & Polenta Cake (£2); Roasted Beet & Squash Wrap (£4.25); and Leon’s Chilli con Carne (£4.95).
