A spokesperson from McDonald’s said, “We are currently making some changes to our McCafé range and as part of this we removed the Mocha from our menu on October 3rd. As a business we’re committed to continually evolving our offering, and this is particularly true of our breakfast choices. We appreciate a number of customers will be disappointed but sometimes, after careful consideration, items are removed.”
