Nando's Major Menu Revamp
The restaurant group has undergone its biggest menu revamp in five years.
Nando’s has added four new items to its menu: Churrasco Thigh Burger, Sweet Potato Wedges, Quinoa Salad, and Fino Coleslaw.
A sweet and smoky addition to Nando’s burger offering, the Churrasco Thigh Burger is a boneless chicken thigh fillet served in a Portuguese roll, filled with their new crunchy Fino Coleslaw, cheddar cheese and churrasco PERinaise.
Their new sweet potato wedges comprise five roasted sweet potato wedges with coriander and sesame and roasted seed dip.
Meanwhile the new Quinoa Salad is also made of sweet potato, and has avocado slices and feta cheese on a bed of salad leaves.
Finally, the new Fino Coleslaw is made from fresh spring greens, beetroot and carrot mixed in a lightly spiced yogurt dressing.
The new menu will be launched nationally on 31 March.
