Pho to launch a dozen new vegan dishes
This includes vegan prawn crackers and a vegan version of Nuoc Cham.
Pho, in partnership with alternative meat producer This, is slated to offer a dozen new vegan dishes, turning the Vietnamese street food chain’s menu to 40% vegan.
The new vegan offerings feature a chicken alternative meat in starters, salads, noodle soups, rice bowls, curries and wok-fried rice.
Additionally, the menu also showcases vegan prawn crackers and a vegan version of the Vietnamese sauce Nuoc Cham.
The latest vegan items will arrive in all 29 Pho restaurants across the UK throughout January.
