Sesame introduces Harissa vegetable couscous
The brand unveiled the newest dish to be added to its menu.
The Harissa couscous is made from roasted chunks of harissa-coated vegetables, fluffy couscous and a broth infused with the distinct flavour of dried Iranian lime.
The dish is available as a meal as well as a pairing with a meat skewer.
Harissa is an aromatic and fragrant North African paste which has a real kick. It’s made of chilli and various other spices – cumin and caraway seeds, amongst others - and herbs. It can either be served in a pool of olive oil to dip bread into or used in a marinade to rub over fish or meat.
