Snowflake Luxury Gelato partners with hotel L'oscar to create new signature gelato range
The desserts are available at the hotel until the end of August.
Snowflake Luxury Gelato has partnered with L’oscar to offer hotel guests a new range of signature flavours.
From 1 to 31 August, nine delicious gelatos will be available, four of which will be signature flavours especially designed for the boutique Bloomsbury hotel. The gelato will be available throughout the hotel from the room service menu and via a bespoke cart outside.
The L’oscar signature gelato flavours were inspired by the desserts available at The Baptist Grill. The range includes Strawberry and basil sorbet, based on L’oscar hotel’s Strawberry Jelly; and yoghurt, lemon, thyme and apricot gelato, in homage to The Baptist Grill’s Yoghurt and Lemon Thyme Parfait pistachio cake with roasted apricots.
Classic flavours such as Salted caramel, Mango sorbet, Stracciatella and a vegan friendly chocolate and coconut are also available.
Café L’oscar and The Baptist Bar will be serving Snowflake gelato cocktails such as the Bubble Breeze, containing City of London Gin, raspberry and lemon verbena sorbet and sparkling wine, and as well as the Choco Dream, made with Charente Mix, chocolate and banana ice cream and Pimento Dram.
